• Joint venture distillery operations provide access to production capacity and infrastructure without the capital burden of owning and operating a full facility outright.
• A multi-brand portfolio approach allows the company to grow across multiple spirits categories, with ROCK’N Vodka as the flagship brand, Bella Rio Bourbon expanding the platform, and the Kennay Farms brand supporting additional sectors. This strategy, implemented in January of 2025, has resulted in more consistent product orders from our distributor partners, as each product follows a separate sell-through rate due to demand and market history.
• Inventory aging and production planning create long-term supply stability, particularly important in categories like bourbon where products require years of aging.
• Distribution relationships and repeat orders support consistent market presence and expansion into additional territories over time. Our reps and brand ambassadors across the nation are constantly building relationships with accounts and customers, backed by point-of-sale and digital marketing, resulting in regular sales at both on and off-premise locations.
