Behind every growing company is a team responsible for executing the strategy day to day.
At ROCK’N Vodka, the focus has always been on building an operator-led team with experience across production, sales, brand development, and business operations. While the brands themselves are what consumers see on shelves, it is the team behind them that ensures the business continues to grow responsibly.
Members of the leadership and operations team include:
• Isabelle Roiniotis — President & Founder, overseeing brand development and company direction
• Andy Roiniotis — Vice President & Founder, responsible for operations, growth strategy, and long-term planning
• Rick Nielsen — Strategic Operator, of Cheap Trick, who has also been involved in multiple successful business ventures including early involvement in Reverb, which was later acquired by Etsy
• Jandell Manguerra — Executive Administrator, coordinating operational and administrative functions
• O.D. Patton III — National Sales Manager, leading national distribution growth and retail expansion
• Ilija Timotijevic — Executive Associate, supporting business strategy and internal operations
• Bobby Spentzos — Southeast Regional Manager, overseeing regional sales development and account relationships
• Shannon MacDonald — Creative Developer, assisting with creative direction for the brands
Together, this team works across the company’s growing portfolio, including ROCK’N Vodka and Bella Rio Bourbon, with a focus on disciplined growth, expanding distribution, and building long-term brand value.
