One of the most important factors in building a spirits company is production — the ability to consistently produce, age, and supply product as demand grows.
Â
Through a joint venture with Kennay Farms Distilling, ROCK’N Vodka has access to a large-scale production facility designed to support both current operations and long-term growth across its portfolio, including ROCK’N Vodka and Bella Rio Bourbon.
Â
A few highlights of the production infrastructure currently supporting the business:
• Joint venture distillery operations located in Rochelle, Illinois
• A large production floor built within a restored historic theater, designed to accommodate expanding production capacity
• A newly constructed rickhouse capable of storing up to 4,466 barrels, supporting multi-year bourbon aging strategies
• Daily production capacity of approximately 6–8 barrels of bourbon, allowing the company to build aging inventory over time
• Production infrastructure that supports any spirit type
• A dedicated bottling area and visitor bar space, creating both operational efficiency and additional revenue potential
Â
In the spirits industry, inventory and production access are long-term assets. Aging bourbon, in particular, requires patience and planning, which makes production infrastructure especially important as Bella Rio Bourbon continues to grow alongside the broader platform.
