One of our standout features is our Retail Ordering Platform, which allows retailers and sales reps to place orders directly on the ROCK'N Vodka website. These orders are instantly routed to the appropriate distributor in each market for compliant processing, while also being recorded in real-time for easy tracking. Another key strategy we employ is "Digital Door Knocking." This enables us to deliver targeted digital ads not only to potential consumers but also to account buyers. By leveraging custom and lookalike audiences (cloning the DNA of an existing customer) with the data collected by our sales reps and brand ambassadors, we use algorithms to identify the most likely ROCK'N Vodka customers.
Through Digital Door Knocking, we target ads at customers near stores that carry ROCK'N Vodka, while also providing marketing support to our team on their sales routes. By sending ads to stores along their future stops, we create awareness among buyers before our reps even arrive, warming up the lead and improving the chances of success. Thanks to our talented administrative team (highlighted in Part IV of this series), we provide additional support to our sales team by delivering digital POS materials before a rep meets with an account or, if needed, by creating new assets in real-time while the rep is still in the meeting.
