The administration team is capable of remotely managing the organization, designing marketing material and merchandise, producing digital video and audio content, effectively marketing content in any territory, meeting with new and existing partners and clients, handling human resource and investor relation issues, and selling product and merchandise. Most of the team also plays a role in community outreach (which will be discussed further in a later part of the series). Thanks to the diverse skillset of the team, nearly no outsourcing is required.
Our sales reps and brand ambassadors are focused on one thing - sales. Selling ROCK'N Vodka into and collecting data on new accounts, creating programs at on and off-premise stores to increase sales, providing support to and building relationships with accounts, spreading awareness to end consumers, building customer loyalty, and creating regularly reordering customers.
