We’re getting closer to the ROCK’N and Bella Rio Investor Perk Pick Up Party at Kennay Farms Distilling! This is a reminder for anyone who has not yet RSVP'd. If you already have, don't worry about replying again! We have everyone's names and party counts already on the list. 

Join us on Saturday, September 26th, from 3:00–5:00 PM for this free investor event featuring a special appearance by Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick. Please RSVP by September 19.

Come meet Rick, connect with the ROCK’N and Bella Rio team, visit the distillery, and — for eligible investors — pick up your outstanding investor perks in person.

We are tracking each investor’s bonus perks and can confirm whether you have outstanding perks available for pickup. Only investors with outstanding perks who RSVP by the 19th will have their perks available at the party. If you do not RSVP, your perks will be shipped instead.

This is a free event exclusively for ROCK’N and Bella Rio investors, and all investors are welcome to attend — regardless of when you invested or whether you currently have outstanding perks.

You’re also welcome to bring guests, with no limit on the number of guests in your party.

Rick will be on site to mingle with investors and guests throughout the event. To give everyone more time with him, signing of perks or other memorabilia will not be permitted during the general event.

Any investor perks designated to be signed by Rick will be signed prior to the party.

EVENT SCHEDULE

3:00 PM — Doors Open | Event Starts Immediately

4:00 PM — Cut Off to Pick Up Perks

4:00–5:00 PM — Event ContinuationVIP Pass Holders may join Rick for a complimentary toast and have an additional piece of memorabilia signed. With many VIPs already RSVP’d, we kindly ask each VIP to limit signing to one item so Rick has the opportunity to sign something for everyone. Please note: The timing of the VIP portion of the event may vary.

5:00 PM — Official Event ConclusionThe scheduled investor event concludes at 5:00 PM. Guests are welcome to remain at Kennay Farms Distilling afterward and continue enjoying drinks and the venue.

Throughout the event, VP Andy Roiniotis and our team will also be available to answer questions about your investment, our limited-edition Blue Label Reserve perks, or anything else you’d like to discuss.

PERK PICKUP DETAILS

This pickup includes Batch 2 perks, primarily for eligible investors who completed their investment between April and July and still have outstanding perks.

Under the offering circular, investor perks are scheduled to be fulfilled upon completion of the investment offering. However, because we anticipate the offering will remain open for an extended period, we have chosen to fulfill perks early as a courtesy to our investors, despite the additional cost and coordination required from our team.

Most investors from the current offering have already received their perks. Investors who completed their investment during July or later (including for the Blue Label Perks) will receive their perks as part of Perk Production Batch 3.
