Can I sell my shares?
Shares sold via Regulation CF offerings have a one-year lockup period before those shares can be sold under certain conditions.
When will I receive my bonus perks?
Bonus perks are currently in production and will begin shipping later this month. Newer investment bonus perks will be shipped once the investment has fully closed (typically takes 3 weeks).
How do I view my investor documents?
You can login to the Dealmaker portal to view your investment and holdings statement (available once fully closed) at:https://app.dealmaker.tech/users/sign_in
You can view your certificate of shares under the Purchases or Documents tab (dependent whether the investment was made through StartEngine or Dealmaker).

What is this bank connection/verification step in my Dealmaker portal?
This is an optional bank verification step for investors. It allows you to connect your bank account to set up automatic ACH transfers in the event of a potential payout. To verify the connection, you’ll link your bank to the escrow account and complete a one-time $0.01 authorization transaction.
