Do You Know Who You're Investing In?
When you invest in a company, it’s not just about the product or the brand — it’s about the people behind it.
ROCK'N Vodka is powered by a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and rock ‘n’ roll legacy. The company was co-founded by Andy and Isabelle Roiniotis, two entrepreneurs with a strong background in business consulting, operations, and community involvement — and rock legend Rick Nielsen, founding member of Cheap Trick and a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer.
Before launching ROCK'N Vodka, Andy and Isabelle built Bella Rio Consulting — a firm dedicated to helping businesses grow through marketing, systems development, and strategic planning. At the time, they operated five of their own brick-and-mortar businesses, employing more than 275 people and generating nearly $6 million in annual revenue.
Both founders have remained active in their local community. Isabelle volunteers as the Director of Evangelization at her church, while Andy has served as a board member and advisor for numerous nonprofits, as well as for Winnebago County and the City of Rockford in Illinois.
Their community focus caught the attention of strategic partners like Hard Rock International and The 815 Group when evaluating local investor partnerships for the Hard Rock Casino Rockford project. That connection helped open the door for a collaboration with Rick Nielsen, who was also involved in the casino project. From there, the idea to create ROCK'N Vodka was born.
Rick Nielsen brings decades of entertainment industry experience and a keen eye for early-stage investments. He was among the initial investors in Reverb, which was later acquired by Etsy for approximately $275 million. He also holds ownership in several successful restaurants, including Piece Pizza in Chicago and Stockholm Inn in Rockford, Illinois.
Andy and Rick have both successfully launched, scaled, and exited businesses — with Andy having completed five acquisitions/sales in the last four years alone. Together, they bring both brand vision and operational expertise to what is now the Bella Rio Brand House — a growing portfolio of consumer-facing products, including ROCK'N Vodka.
