ROCK’N Vodka Production Transition to Kennay Farms Distilling

We are excited to announce an important operational milestone for ROCK'N Vodka — we are officially transitioning our production over to Kennay Farms Distilling.
This move represents much more than a change in production location for ROCK'N Vodka; it marks the next phase of our strategic partnership with Kennay Farms and further strengthens our long-term vision for the ROCK'N Vodka and Bella Rio brands.
By relocating production of our flagship brand to Kennay Farms, our joint venture partner where the Bella Rio brands are produced, we are positioning ourselves to benefit from a closer collaborative relationship, improved production economics and future cost savings, and increased flexibility.
The Big Picture
The greatest benefit we expect from the transition is the opportunity to reduce production costs and improve margins as ROCK'N and Bella Rio scale.
Our long-term goal is to eventually acquire the distillery, with serious discussions having already been made. Through our existing joint venture with Kennay Farms, we already have a level of control over the production of our own brands. Strengthening this relationship also gives our team valuable hands-on experience with the production side of the business, helping us better understand the day-to-day operations, processes, and infrastructure involved in manufacturing our products, as well as products for other brands and companies.
Over the coming weeks, our team will complete the transfer of production and inventory to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption. Once complete, Kennay Farms will serve as the production facility for ROCK'N Vodka as we continue executing our growth strategy.
We appreciate your continued confidence and support as we take another meaningful step toward building a stronger, more scalable business.
