Barrel of Time

We will soon be releasing our new "Barrel of Time" program, which will allow consumers to purchase entire barrels of bourbon for any occasion. You will be able to purchase either a new bourbon barrel (created from scratch - starting at $3,000) or an existing one (up to a 5-year aged barrel). Once you own a barrel, you'll be able to let it age for as long as you'd like. For barrels aged one year or more, we'll offer curated tastings from three select options to help you choose your perfect match. Whether it's to celebrate a wedding, graduation, anniversary, retirement, birth, or other major sales milestone, few gifts offer long-term value quite like a barrel of bourbon. 30 barrels in this program have already been pre-sold!

As barrels of bourbon age, the flavor develops; it becomes smoother and more complex. No two barrels of bourbon are ever identical as various factors may

affect the aging process: temperature, seasons, sun light, positioning of the barrel in a rickhouse, the wood, and much more. Every barrel yields approximately 200 bottles, though aging reduces that number due to natural evaporation (the Angel’s Share) and absorption into the wood (the Devil’s Cut).
