2025 is coming to a close, and we want to recap the tremendous year we’ve had. This year has been filled with so many new and exciting developments:
Joint Venture with Kennay Farms Distilling
We started this year off amazingly when we entered into a joint venture with Kennay Farms Distilling, which provides us with access, control, and profit sharing of a $15+ million production facility. Our plant can produce 6–8 barrels of bourbon per day — that’s about 1,600 bottles of 5-year cask strength bourbon, put directly into our rickhouse that can store over 4,400 barrels — Designed explosion-proof and solar-powered for maximum efficiency. This is an investment blending sustainability and scale into one powerful venture.
We’re expanding the scope of the distillery’s purpose and are creating new revenue streams through events, such as our first concert this past weekend with Chicago Farmer and Alex Williams. This is just the first of many events we have planned, and these functions will go further than just concerts.
Bella Rio Bourbon
Bella Rio Bourbon is a brand created in collaboration with our investors, who have been involved in the naming, design, and taste of the product since its inception. We began the process of creating the brand in the spring of 2025 and officially launched the product in November of this year. Unlike ROCK’N Vodka, Bella Rio Bourbon was able to launch in multiple states (IL, WI, and GA with retail distribution, and 43 others via e-commerce). This is thanks to the network of distributors and account contacts we’ve achieved from our development of ROCK’N Vodka since 2019. Bella Rio Bourbon is rapidly expanding, and this is just the beginning.
Social Media
ROCK’N Vodka amassed over 105K followers across various platforms this year, showcasing the magnitude and reach our flagship brand has grown to.
Bella Rio Bourbon pages were created last month and already have over 3K followers across Facebook and Instagram, showing the rapid growth of our new brand and the market demand for a good bourbon.
Kennay Farms Distilling, despite having only been a local IL distillery until our joint venture, shows a strong presence within its communities, having over 10K followers from entirely organic growth.
ROCK’N Vodka
Sold into more than 2,500 locations across the US and Canada. You can view all locations here: ROCK’N Interactive Map

Distribution
We’ve upgraded our distribution network by partnering with larger distributors this past year, including Breakthru Beverage in Nevada and Republic National Distributing Company in Indiana, Florida, and Texas. These distribution enhancements provide us with more opportunities to reach and sell into accounts across each state. The greater our network, the greater our sales potential becomes, and the easier it becomes for stores and consumers to access our products.
Events
This has been Rick Nielsen’s busiest year with events doing 10 Bottle Signings across Illinois, Wisconsin, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, and Indiana. Thanks to all the retailers for hosting us: Niemann Harvest Market, Total Wine, Liquorama, Lee’s, Caputo’s, and, of course, our distillery partners Kennay Farms Distilling and Rush Creek Distilling.
Sales
Our team has entered into a whole new world in the spirits industry, from selling only vodka since 2019 to now adding bourbons, gin, and whiskey to our portfolio in just this year alone. Over 26,000 bottles have been sold across all of our products. ROCK’N alone experienced 81.56% of its sales as reorders this year, showing a strong number of locations continuing to purchase our product as consumer demand spreads. Thanks to our joint venture, we’ve greatly expanded our revenue streams through new products, but it has also opened the door to:
Barrel Sales (Retailers)
Retail stores and bars select an entire barrel of bourbon from our rickhouse for bottling and purchase the whole inventory.
Barrel Sales (Consumers)
Any individual (such as yourself) may purchase a new or existing barrel of bourbon, age it for as long as you’d like in our rickhouse, and have any amount bottled at any time. Learn more about the program here: https://kennayfarmsdistilling.com/personal-barrel-pick
Events
Bottle signings, concerts, and many more in the future.
Bottle Retail Sales
Selling our products directly to consumers from the distillery, providing a higher profit margin as distributors and other retailers aren’t involved
Bar Sales
The distillery has a full bar, allowing us to also act as an on-premise store, servicing drinks to consumers.
We’ll be closing out the fiscal year soon, and after a general review of our revenues and expenses, we’re anticipating that 2025 will report a similar or higher gross revenue along with less expenses compared to 2024, the company’s current highest grossing reported fiscal year.
We’ll be providing our full financial report to investors in the coming weeks. Our audited financials will also be posted to EDGAR once our accountants and third-party CPA auditors finish their reviews and official reports. You can view previous reports HERE.
It’s been a busy year, and we’ve documented everything we’ve done! Check out this small album we put together with some pics from each event: https://invest.rocknvodkas.com/2025-flashback
